Don't wasting your time and money with this bank... They r suck many fees, and they charge me $35 a day for overdraft fees... They r making my bank account overdraft for a reason and I keep depositing cash but it never seems to be enough for them.
Dont waist your money and time with this bank, their system is crooked, too many fees, they will try to take the most money as they can, just go with Huntington or chase.

The bigger black woman... Rolanda? She needs to work on her customer service skills. Her attitude takes a stressful situation to a whole new level. We are ALL busy people who don't need her judgement or rudeness. Literally the worst service I've experienced was with her. And I'm saying that despite haven't to wait in line forever because they are so understaffed. also while I was in line waiting rolanda was yelling at someone on the phone because they didn't understand what the issue was. I don't care who you are or what job you do... if you speak to customers the way she does, you don't deserve a job. Especially to act that way in front of a line of customers.
