Ordered an Iced Carmel Macchiato at 5:00 am. Took 15 minutes for them to hand me a scalding hot coffee. When I asked for the drink I ordered, I get a drink with no Carmel and ice cubes instead if crushed ice. I think McDonalds needs to talk to Starbucks and figure out how to make a good coffee.I also miss drive thru times. 30 seconds uaed to be the standard. Now it's 15 minutes.
Worst McDonald's ever! Every order I have placed here has been wrong. Order extra pickles on a burger and it comes with no pickles. The management team seems to have no idea what they're doing or how to serve food.... even if it's just a dollar. Horrible place with horrible service.
When will these youngsters learn how to quickly count out your change???
Asked for extra pickles on 4 mcdoubles. Three had one pickle one had none. This is the worst McDonald's in franchise history. They mess up the order every time. Service is slow and food quality is poor. That's saying a lot because McDonald's is bottom of the barrel fast food anyway. Way to f up s#&$ fast food. You had one request and you failed.
Clean inside. Good service. Things have improved here over the past year.
