I HAD MY BREAKS AND EXHAUST SERVICED AT TUFFY BRAD WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND DID A GREAT JOB GETTING MY CAR FIXED IT WAS A FAST AND FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE
Day one of our family vacation and our car overheats in GR. The closest place was Tuffy auto. It turns out the last guys who did work on it didn't tighten the radiator cap. Mike topped us off, told me what to do on case of a temperature spike, and sent us on our way. I would definitely give them my business if we lived in the area.

I went there with my 2007Dodge caravan, I explained to them the issue and they said they would check it out. 10 mins later a guy comes out and says it's the struts and back shocks. We said we would just get the struts today.for struts and shocks they said would come to over 800$. I was treated with a lack of respect. I recommend going to auto care experts just down the street with the green fire truck in front. They are honest... And they check everything on your vehicle. Don't go to tuffy
Horrible customer service....they charge you for guessing at repairs instead of diagnosing the problem correctly the first time. I spent $700.00 on repairs, took 3 times returning to the shop to get the problem fixed and left with a big dent in my car!!! After going around and around with the manager, the owner (who I have still yet to hear from) offered to pay half of the dent repairs total damage $500.00 so he offered to pay $250.00 or $200.00 directly to me if I wanted to "live with it" Why should I have to live with damage done to my car while in their care or have to pay the other half to get my car fixed!?! SPARE YOURSELF A HEADACH, STOMACHACE AND A BIG DENT IN YOUR CAR AND NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!! They don't even deserve a 1 star!!!!!!!
