They washed the outside decently, but they did miss quite a few spots. The interior was done very well and I was very satisfied. Just make sure that your windshield and doors are cleaned well before you leave. Also would like to say, you must open your trunk, if you want that cleaned.
44th Street location open again all redone looks great. I wasn't happy when they were closed. The monthly pass is supposed to get you in at any of their locations. I always got hassled at the 28th and Michael location. Monthly pass means you can go to any of the locations it was always a problem for them.
Gave it one last chance today, was notified full service price doubled (was $5 now $10), I also only have two rubber mats. Told the greeter to ensure cleaned rims, and rubber mats especially now that I am paying more for the service. After it came off the line the wheels were not even touching by the staff and their towels. The mats (the only reason I did the full service) also were half way done. Had to wait over 45 minutes to have the car re done, not even at peak hours. I have now discounted my unlimited account, as I've noticed the price has gone up while the quality of the service has deteriorated dramatically.
I liked it as southland and now that it is mister i believe they made some improvements and its even better. The price is very competitive and great considering its a light detail shop. I go here all the time and would recommend it.
I was so excited to get my car washed after a camping trip. I left Mr. car wash so happy because Rhonda the Honda looked beautiful. I was all set to give them five stars before I opened my trunk. They didn't touch it at all, even though it was completely empty! I was packing for a business trip to Chicago this weekend and found my trunk looking like this after my car wash. I I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they forgot to open it. But in the slightest chance that this IS a business decision it is literally the dumbest thing I have ever encountered. Even if it says in small writing somewhere that they don't clean your trunk, I don't care. Clean my WHOLE car. Thanks :)
