Amazing gym! Friendly atmosphere and great instruction. All levels train here so there is never any intimidation what so ever. Very family friendly as well. I wish I could give 6 stars.
I highly recommend training with Coach Ken. I came in with zero experience. Always felt welcomed and comfortable. This is the perfect place for anyone from beginners to experienced fighters. Come in see for yourself. Great workout in combination with a great life skill to be learned. As long as you just show up and do your best you are sure to yield results. Great training, facility is new up to date with equipment. Coaching is superb, coach Ken is very knowledgeable great at working with kids and adults from beginners to advanced students. I highly recommend this training facility wether you want to lose weight and get in shape or if you want to fight professionally.
