Sofia is a wonderful lady that is passionate about her career. She gave 100% to pampering me and it was appreciated. She actually displays her degree and certification unlike other spas I have been too. I will go back to try the massage and maybe the laser hair removal.
Recently moved to the Grandville, Michigan area and was in need of spa services during the peak holiday season. I was doing a random search and hoping for a break. Spoke with the owner of VIP and was given a same day appointment. Sofie, the owner, personally did my Mani-Pedi. EXCELLENT! I have to say whenever I need various services I look for skilled, professionals. I got a break. Sofie knows her craft, is very professional AND accommodating. The absolute best technician I've experienced in years. I'm excited to try all the treatments she and her stsff offer. Today I had the most amazing pedicure of my life! The owner, Sofia, is caring and extremely passionate about her work. She enjoys what she does and you can tell from the quality of work that she does. It was very relaxing and I left feeling pampered and happy. I will be coming back!
100% relaxed and pampered! First off, Sofia is so friendly and focused on making sure you are comfortable. This was my first deep tissue massage and it felt incredible! I couldn't believe how many knots Sofia got out! I also purchased a deluxe manicure, but changed my mind and wanted shellac. She was so sweet and didn't charge for the difference. She makes you feel like you've been best friends your entire life :) We easily carried on conversation the whole time! Thank you Sofia for making me feel pampered and cared for! Can't wait to come back again with my best friend for pedicures!
