I seen someone ask for help with a dryer that ate their change and the attendant went off and yelled at him for not using the machine correctly.
RUDE.
I went with my daughter while we were in the facility she had to use the restroom... it was DISGUSTING.
There were dryer sheets ALL OVER the floor.
FILTHY.
Once because I was new to the area.
LACK OF BASIC CONDITIONS.
Daily upkeep is very bad and change machines don't work. Thank heavens you can get assistance over the phone sometimes.
It's often dirty out of change and attendant should be there too assist people

The floor looked like it wasn't cleaned or moped since day one, NO JOKE.
Worst place ever! All the coin dispenser were "out of order"! Leaving customers to leave their dirty laundry behind, to go get change! Leaving there dirty clothes in the machine to save their spot! This places is filthy! Looks like no one cleans it, bathroom are horrible! Wouldnt even go in there to wash my hands! Place smells like a dump! Just horrible! I cant believe this place is still open, and the city didnt shut it down.. Worst experience ever
I have went here two times.
Most washers and dryers do not work here. You do not know untill you insert enough coins and try to use them. That is the time you find out it does not work, and your money is gone for nothing. I definitely do not recommend this place for anyone.
