Not enough sample items. These items need to be offerd to customers upon each visit. . The company's send out free samples on a regular basis and a customer should not have to ask this needs to be offered reularly....
Second time I've been there.They have good prices and sales.The works are very helpful and friendly.I'll be going back a lot more.
Very good customer service needed help with a newborn puppy that wasn't doing so good one of the workers Mercedes very helpful talk me through things I needed and should do . Thanks to her my puppy doing good going strong and picking weight back up ! Great customer and very informative always go there for all my pets supplies.
Great customer service. Got great help with chew toys and dewormer. Cashier with black jeans and black hair was super friendly and awesome!
They discontinue products that are affordable and work. They need to send out regular coupons carry larger bags or rabbit guinea pig and turtle foods. Also if something is buy one get one and that item is on sale. You give the customer the sale price and the buy one get one at that sale price unless it is previously specified which it is not. Pet supplies workers are helpful yet annoying. They follow around eAch and every customer even if they are a regular and ask them can i help you. If this person has come into your store weekely for years and purchased the same items weekly they dont need your help unless they ask. They act as if someone is going to steal which is terribly insulting and obnoxious.....
