Worst location. Manager Josh and his little buddy Alexis who works at the window, rude as ever. I asked for fresh food please and i get my food its not even warm. So disgusting, so unwelcoming and ive heard a lot of horrible things about this location, how is it even still open? So gross, never again will i go there
I had a free before burger with any purchase coupon. I had planned on getting that and a boneless wings value meak. Cashier said I had to purchase a large beverage and large fry if I wanted the bureger free. Ok... did that no time to argue. Got to the window and the cashier said I owed her $16.99!!
Went through the drive through and received food so poorly made it wasn't even edible. Woman working window and taking orders was pretty difficult to understand and had a poor attitude. Had to repeat our order several times at the menu and at the window. Ordered two bacon roadhouse meals, medium with cherry cokes. We received two soggy burgers that were value menu items (small bun with single patty) instead of what we ordered. The fries were barely cooked, they were still frozen in the center.
Great food at a great price
Burger was cold. Tea tasted like stagnate water, I just threw it away. Service was borderline rude. Place looked dirty.
