Our experience here was not so bad when we got to deal with Angie, miss her tons! Lindsey is always rude and never does her job. She tried to get us to sign papers to buy a home before we even saw it or knew the dimensions of it. She was supposed to call us so we could view it and we never heard from her. We've been sent late fees even though we've been late and when I go in to tally to them it's always "Ops you're not late. I don't know how that happened. " the place we rented is falling apart, the floor has fell through three times, I'm still waiting for it to be fixed the third time. We talked to Lindsey about switching to a bigger rental unit and were told we would get two weeks to move and there was no extra cost. Go in a week later for the new manager, Carmen to tell us its two days and we have to pay a $250 fee!!! We wanted to move to a bigger,safer home. Did everything Carmen told us to do, then she says they decided not to lease it, only to sell. Of course she tried to sell it to us, we said no. I brought up to her again how our floor needs fixed, she ignored me. I had to ask her to send someone out, get reply was she doesn't handle any of that but she would see what she could do. She's the manager!!! She's rude too. She was nice until I told her we did not want to buy the home. The pool is dirty,the park has trash everywhere. The maintenance guys are dumb and don't how to fix things correctly. There's no combination between anyone here. As soon as we find another we are gone. And to think we were gonna buy a new home here, what a joke!!
Decent place to live. To many cars with poor mufflers and to many loud crotch rockets. No respect for others
Just like most mobile home parks, it has many rules you must comply with. It's like living in a communism or a dictatorship.
Worst management staff I have ever dealt with in my life. No communication at all. I paid my deposit, signed my lease and waited a month for the home to be ready before I ended up finding somewhere else to live. I didn't hear a word from the office manager, Lindsey, in the last two weeks. And prior to that, didn't hear anything about the status of the home unless I reached out to her. Even then, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I decided not to let the negative reviews on here influence my decision when I applied but I wish I had because they proved to be true.
Think this place is ghetto. If residents cleaned up their lots individually it wouldnt be a bad area to stay in. I think this place has a lot of potential offering new trailers to be brought in but they do squeeze you in there literally.
It's like living in a sardine can for the outrageous lot rent. If you buy a place here you will want to hire an outside contractor because they are not good at making repairs the proper way and they do not complete all that they charge for.
