As for the balloon, the cashier would have been helping the customer who was in line BEFORE you. I can see that you have a very high sense of entitlement, but I guarantee the world does not, in fact, revolve around you.
Great prices but be prepared to wait in the check-out as there is only one cashier.

Believe it or not, ma'am, they can only have one cashier because someone has to stock the shelves so that there's product for you to pick up and leave behind.
