The worst service i have ever had. The staff member in the lab department screwed my paper work with Aetna insurance and does not want to fix it. I tried to call a million times but no one seem to care to help. I called the billing department to inform them about their mistake and staff member said i can transfer you to my supervisor and it was just voicemail !! Certainly not a place to recommend to people !!!
The quality of care is good from this office. My only issue is the hold times on the phone are getting pretty bad. We average about 30-45 min of hold time when calling to make an appointment.
Waiting an hour to see the doctor is unacceptable!
I have been going to the Southwest physicians office for years. I have never had a problem with anyone at the office. I saw a very terrible review and just had to write one myself. (normally I do not do these) They absolutely care about your health and well being!! I would almost say they do more then they need to sometimes. I love my Doctor (Albrecht/Haan) And would not go anywhere else if I had the choice. Not to mention you can get same day appointments!!
If I could give zero stars to the customer service for when you call in, I would in a heart beat. The nurses and doctors are great when I come in, but when I call, I receive absolute rude, terrible customer service every time. And just had it again. I have put up with it multiple times, but it has gotten to the point where they literally do not even care one bit what they are saying to you on the phone. It is terrible, literally one of the worst customer service experiences you could possibly have when you call this place. And I just told the last lady this on the phone that I talked to there and she goes, "Right."
