I had Dr Growney and now I have Dr Basch. Both are very kind and professional. They always go the extra mile and I feel SO much better! I would recommend either of these doctors. They are both excellent!
Service has went down hill in the past 6 months. Consistently have to wait over 2 hours. Staff are disrespectful and abusive with you are coming out of sedation.
So far we have gotten in very close to our appointment time. Have had nothing but polite, professional service from the staff and Dr. Rogg and his PA Becky.
Always have to wait past your appointment time. The PA lied to my fiance and when he called to talk to her the lady on the phone told him he can't talk to her and was laughing. Very shady the way they behave.
On my first appointment to see Dr Pullum, I waited almost an hour and a half before I was called back. Today at my second appointment, after waiting for an hour, I went and asked when I would be seeing the doctor only to be told it would be at least another hour. The doctor is good but nobody should have to sit in pain for two + hours and wait for a doctor that doesn't respect the time of their patients. Definitely felt like just a number today. Cancelled all future appointments and all future PT appointments and have already been booked by another clinic that will do better.
