This place was pretty nice. The room was clean....and that is saying a lot cause I am SUPER picky!! The breakfast in the morning was probably one of the better breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. Overall it was a great stay. Very friendly staff. Loved the batman wedding ring!!
Finally, there could be things such as there immediately wasn't a person at the desk to check-in, but they come in about a minute, so it's not a problem at all. Also, no valet, but there's no real need for one as the lot around it is pretty close already. It really is a pretty nice place, but the loud restaurant sort of ruined it for me.
I stayed at Best Western Wyoming because I was in the area for a wedding in Grand Rapids. I had a great experience and no complaints. The surrounding area is a bit run down, but the Best Western building itself was very nice, clean, and modern. From the moment I walked in the staff was incredibly friendly. Check-in and out was easy. I also felt that the price was a great deal considering how close to Grand Rapids it is located and because it was Art Prize weekend when I stayed. Complementary breakfast was good and the internet was very fast!
Now, despite the positivity of the above statement, I have to rate it 3 stars not because of this place, but because of its location right next to a loud bar & restaurant that kept music going until sometime between 1-2AM, and for me wanting to sleep at about 11:30, it was not a good night sleep.
Before I begin, I'd just like to say this is a fairly nice place to stay. There weren't really any problems with the rooms, and the beds felt fine. Bathrooms were in good shape, etc. The free breakfast is pretty good.
Clean room. Great staff. Decent breakfast, considering. Lackluster coffee. Tap water in the room never gets cold, and there was no ice machine on the floor. Had a pleasant stay
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. This was a last-minute stay, and we don't ordinarily stay at Best Western. The room was small and interestingly laid out, as the couch was not visible from the bed. If you're looking for a private area, it would be a plus.
