Had fantastic luck with Dominos until they moved locations. Now we've been delivered the wrong pizza, had the wrong pizza made for us, and most recently had our order cancelled by the store. When we went to pick it up, customer service was horrible. Everyone was acting confused and generally unhelpful. We decided to wait for the problem to be fixed and got to listen to one of the employees talk about how she had been cancelling orders. After nearly an hour of watching employees sit around talking and ignoring the phone, when we asked if we were going to get our order after all we were told that we wouldn't be and we should just cancel our reordered pizza. We were offered a $25 credit for our next visit, but after how this location has treated us time and again we will no longer be doing business with them.
Ordered online using the 50% off promo...Sweet got a Hawaiian for $8. Online app said 8-15 min. First time ever trying Domino’s. Showed up 10 min after confirmation, terrible customer service....still don’t know what he was saying to me other than the total amount due. Said nothing and walked away, stood around watching and finally sat down seeing a screen with real time updates on orders. 10 minutes later the screen said my order was done and ready, still nothing said to me (the waiting customer in the lobby), 5 minutes later the guy grabbed the pizza and asked the name on it (he had rang me up, as I payed at the location, and asked for my name when I initially showed up) handed me my pizza and walked away. Never said a word to me. Decided to shrug it off and try it....undercooked and doughy. Take your money elsewhere
Terrible customer service at the wyoming location. We ordered a pizza and it was wrong. They put a new one in for us and it was wrong again. When I told them I asked for no onion, one of the girls said, "are you serious? You have got to be kidding me." She then started laughing and making jokes about putting onion on it again. When the pizza was done, the girl threw it on the counter and walked away without saying anything. When I opened it, I noticed that it was quite burnt but I did not say anything because I just wanted to get out of there! Will not be going to this location again.
Waited an 1.5 hours for my pizza to be delivered called up there just to check on my order was treated so rudely and said we dont have drivers come and get it its free. Went to.get they prayically threw it to me saying another one of you and told me to get out. So rude pizza was cold and gross
Placed an online order. Showed up to pick it up and it hadn't even been started. Did get an in store credit out of it though and a full refund.
