The people are nice and friendly. Food is good and resonance priced.
Horrible service. Stood waiting at the counter while several employees in the back shouted “counter” to one another until the designated employee came to help me. I wasn’t greeted. & the hot ready by the slice pizza they advertise that they “always” have, they don’t. Told me I had to wait nearly 20 minutes. I’ll never do Jet’s again.
Just had one pizza nothing to complex and the staff were neither high or just didn't care about you as a customer. If I could I wouldn't even give them a star
Well they could never get a simple order ready. I oder ed online, in person and over the the phone. And my last order was for a salad with double order of grilled chicken. I had to use a magnifying glass to find it. And they are just rude. The store manager said they will no longer take orders from me because they have gave me to many credits not my fault they cannot get an order right. It's called double check before you send it out and ask yourself would you find pride in what you make. Not my fault you have sloppy business practice.
