Service and wing quality can be hit or miss. Wait staff seems to have big turn over as we're in there 2-4 times a month for lunch and rarely see the same people. The hostess station could be a bit more professional and organized. But the sauces make up for it.
I love my local Bdubs. Granted, they always sponsor my softball team, and getting free wings after our game is awesome. But I have no issue paying for wings any other day of the week. They have a nice beer selection to choose from. If you like beer, wings, and sports, it's a great atmosphere. Definitely feels more "restaurant than sports bar." Definitely can understand why many families eat here for dinner.
This BDubs is by far the worst when it comes to ordering food for pick-up. They're consistently 15 min plus later than the original time they yell you. And on top of that the mistakes with order. I've been a regular customer for years now but I will not go back to this location ever again.
The wings are too spicy for me. I'm a "mild" girl but their "mild" is a "mediump plus". Unfortunately I purchased 2 marinades which were too spicy to eat. I was able to find something on the menu for me. Overall a little overpriced for the quality of food. Change the menu up for the not-so-spicy-tongue lovers.
I had a five dollar gift card on my phone and I asked the server to take my phone. Instead she threw a pen at me and told me to write it down, I have bad hand writing and she came back saying there was nothing on the gift card when I knew that wasn't true. I gave her my phone with the picture of the gift card and asked for her manager. Amanda apparently never got to see my phone as the incompetent server didn't show it to her. I showed the manager my phone and sure enough the five dollar gift card worked. HOWEVER! They let my sister, who is a college student and has no money pay my $26.31 bill. They didn't even offer to give her back the money and let me pay because I Sure AS HELL would not have tipped my incompetent server. This was just the tip of the ice burg of a horrible night. Now I know this is buffalo wild wings and you aren't going to get five star services but at least accept you own damn gift cards. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
