One taco Bell was out of a lot of things, so I went to one a couple miles down 28th St...food was great.
I had to squat using the bathroom because there was s*** completely surrounding the toilet seat and an employee in the bathroom next door just sitting in the stall not doing anything.(says my Lady).. And the rest of the restaurant was gross I've never seen an area where food is made so dirty, a girl was pushing around a 4x4 size pile of floor trash around the kitchen.. we should of left but i love taco Bell,, then I'm sure the food wasn't up to temp
Gets order correct, but the wait (especially for drive-thru) is the worst I've experienced. I've driven by and saw the line, driven to the TB all the way by Woodland Mall, and made it back past this TB and recognized some of the same cars in the same line. If you are going here and it's evening/ night, expect to wait for approx 20-30mins after you get your order in.
Crew member are very polite. They made sure they greet you and kept a smile on face.
I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and I wanted to replace the beef with shredded chicken. I was told they were out and it would take 30 minutes to make. So I ordered it with normal chicken. They asked what sauce I wanted and I was given my bag and left. When I got home my bag didn't have any sauce in it and my crunch wrap had beef. I order the same thing consistently at Taco Bell and every other time it's wrong.
