In this sellers' market, setting up showings and negotiating are very different. Brian often dropped what he was doing to walk through a house with me. With negotiations, he was realistic, set my expectations and helped me put together an offer that that won me a great house at a good price. He suggested a home warranty to help mitigate my concerns over a few issues that showed up in the inspection. I can't wait to move in to my new home!!
