Very poor service. The service department even argued with on the phone and hung up on us. Service department is BIS Brummels service.
After visiting up to 6 places looking for a couch, the sales people here were the friendliest and gave me the most time and space to think. Visited, then came back to purchase and couldn't have felt more comfortable. Not a huge place, but good quality furniture at good prices.

They do not have a service department but farm it out to a joke of a organization.

they tell you Samsung is one of the best products however after spending the extra money on Samsung the frig only lasted 11 months. Then their service organization took 3 weeks before they ordered the defective parts. Still waiting for it to be repaired and spending $10.00 a day for ice in coolers to keep baby food and milk from spoiling.
Went in to purchase a mattress and they took such good care of me. Thank you Marty, thank you Joe Brummel!!
The two installers that showed up were friendly. They communicated with us through the install. They dis not vacuum when they were finished, not a big deal but it would have been appreciated.
