I was very disappointed with the customer service. I informed the lady that I saw an add for a twin mattress that was a full set including frame, headboard and box spring. She interrupted me stating a full and a twin where two completely different things. I apologized and stated I misspoke and should have said a complete set instead of full as to not confuse her. The mattress that was advertised no longer had a headboard, yet was still the same price. I proceeded to ask her questions about the different mattresses available and swapping the head board. She became very rude and exclaimed that the mattress is as is or she could just not have it for sale to me at all. To be interrupted, misunderstood and threatened to be denied there service, just to have her agree with me in the end, put a very sour taste in my mouth. I will never shop there again and I would never refer either.
