I stop into your place to buy a chair which I found one and was very excited. I paid in full with cash and was told it would be ordered an on the next truck and would be in the next week. So I waited and then I called to get an update on when it might arrive I know I was excited and just couldn't wait until the end of the week. I was informed yes it was ordered and it will be on the truck.. I wait until to the beginning of the next week and then I decided to call to see what day the trucks deliver and I asked again about my chair. I was told the truck came today and that someone will have to go through the warehouse to find it and would call me back. I waited all day so on my way home I stopped it just to check as maybe they got busy. I walked in and the ladies were talking to each other. Then one asked can I help you i said who I was and she said oh sorry I didn't call you back because the phones and computers were down ever since you called this morning. Then looked at the other gal and said I told you to check. Then she walked over to the computer and did something then informed me that it is not giving a ship date yet so it could maybe be next week and the other gal said oh I think whomever placed the order said it was on backorder. So now I am standing there wondering why no one called to tell me that and why when I called no one told me that then either. I am very disappointed and will blog about my experience with this company . I do hope that i get my chair. But who knows when that will be and if anyone will ever call me to tell it came it.
