If you are okay with having employees stare at you like they haven't ever seen another human being in their lifetime, this is the place for you!. The tattooed guy just started at me as though I were performing magic by purchasing packing materials. I actually had to ask him if he were open and assisting customers because he seemed to be assigned the daunting task of holding down the counter. He didn't respond by any other means besides typing on the key board. The only time he spoke was to inform me of my total.
Since they switched owners and managers this place has been worst, the customer service here is not good employees are always in a bad mood , i had to call customer service to complain about Mikeal Kennedy (General Manager) he has no manners towards customers. i only go there because its close to home but i been trying to go elsewhere customer service is horrible.
Thankfully I won't have to visit this location again.
Had a great experience here. Needed a tow hitched put on my truck. Computer said a universal hitch, but Jake went out of his way to find a hitch made for my truck and at a cheaper price. Saved me $100. All the guys there seem to really care about what they do and making sure everything is done safely. They were a blessing to me.

Will never use Uhaul again. Between screwing up my order originally to being extremely rude about returning some boxes, you lost my business.
Good location to rent from. Lots of trucks and online check-in helped make things quick.
Really un-welcoming, especially since I had just purchased boxes at another Uhaul location where the staff were all friendly and even helped load my vehicle.
