Never again. Driver was incredibly rude and impatient. Tried to back into our loading dock so quickly because he was in a hurry he hit one of the orange cement poles at the end of the loading dock running it down the side of his trailer and hit product on the dock. After loading says he isn't supposed to take our type of freight even though we have not only shipped YRC before with our product but have spoken to them about our product. Now our orders are going out late. Run from this company. The only thing worse than the driver's attitude was the gentleman's attitude from YRC we got on the phone when we called in regards to the issue. What a JOKE!
Super place to have freight delivered . They will put your pallet in your vehicle for you and are nice about it . Good customer service .
I didn't have much faith in them but trusted there wouldn't be a transit time problem with a YRC shipment if I paid for "GUARANTEED 2nd day delivery by 5 pm." Wrong. First, they failed to pick up the day they were supposed. Then, after they picked up the following day the 2-day "guarantee" turned into 4 day (5 including the missed delivery day).
